KoreaHomeGuide helps foreign renters interpret reported rental transactions and prepare better questions. It does not replace independent verification or professional advice.

General market reference

Rent Check, Explore, saved comparisons, guides, and market pages are provided for general information. KoreaHomeGuide is not a real-estate brokerage, listing service, appraisal, legal service, insurance or guarantee provider, or official government authority. A result is not a promise that a quote is fair, safe, available, or suitable for you.

Data and comparison limits

Reported transaction data can be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or affected by classification differences. Comparisons cannot fully account for the exact building, floor, condition, furnishings, view, maintenance fees, special contract terms, or rights registered against a property. Currency conversions are estimates. “High,” “fair,” “low,” and evidence labels describe the configured comparison method, not a formal valuation.

Your responsibility before signing

Verify the current property registry, owner and representative identity, address and unit, deposit priority, move-in reporting and fixed-date requirements, guarantee eligibility, maintenance fees, brokerage explanation, and final Korean contract. Use current official sources and seek a qualified Korean lawyer, licensed broker, guarantee institution, or public authority when the decision requires it. Do not transfer money because of a KoreaHomeGuide result alone.

Saved comparisons

Saved homes remain in the current browser, expire after 90 days, and may be lost if site data is cleared. They are not synced, backed up, or verified by KoreaHomeGuide. Do not enter personal names, contact details, exact unit information, or accusations in labels.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful or deceptive material, or use automated requests in a way that harms availability or violates a data provider’s terms.

Availability and liability limits

The service may change, pause, or contain errors. To the extent allowed by applicable law, KoreaHomeGuide does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy and is not responsible for decisions, payments, contracts, or losses based only on this general information. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
